We provide our custemers with long lenght bolts with special heads which are foremed by our own made Elektrical Heating Upsetting Machines.

We maen by unstandardized long lenght bolts that are those longer than 250mm and have different shaped heads for special uses.

It is easy for long lenght bolts to get bend in the upsetting process without Electrical Heating. However, in the Electrical Heating Upsetting process that we offer, bolt ends will be upset to before forging without causing any bending. Only the upset area is taken into the dies to give the last shape of the bolt ends in the forging proses. .

Bolt heads that are shaped by the Electrical Heating Upsetting last longer time of period.
